We have already planned to be there and support E.quals at the finals.We have managed a nepali flag to be hung at their set and now managing funds if voting system takes place.we are gonna be there and will not leave a single effort undone to make E.quals win.

I don't think there will be voting system.Check the GBOB website, I'm pretty sure I read it there in the rules somewhere. Use that money(fund) to arrange another gig for E.quals while they're there, if possible.
