my cell phone restarts for no obvious reason every once in a 'little long' while. No virus involved, because the problem persists even after formatting both the memory card and the phone memory.
Is it due to heavy multi-tasking? I generally use 2 or 3 applications + music player at once. Its a nokia e71 with s60 v3. Help!!

how much does it cost to 'chip' a PS2 or PS3 or XBOX 360 in Nepal so that pirated games can be played on it? I'm trying to send a console to my nephew in Nepal from the US but have to find out first if it's doable. I've heard of such services but not sure if they actually are available. pauncha bhane kaha ra kati lincha for each of the consoles (PS2/3/XBOX360)? dhanyabaad.

PS3 maa original game haru matra chalcha so it cannot be chipped. PS2 ra XBOX 360 chip garne thau haru Nepal maa cha. I saw some places in Bishal Bazaar and few malls in new road last time I was there but unfortunately I don't know how much they will charge for it. Btw, you can get original games for PS3 in New Road for Rs. 4000-6000.

ya i think its because of multi-tasking... coz my e71 also restarts if i ebuddy, skype, browse internet, music player together, it restarts after 10 mins to 1 hour of extensive processing lol... well the time factor depends on luck... but it is mostly within that limit...
also try looking up processor/RAM of e71 and check the memory/processing of the apps u use while multitasking to know the exact reason...

Sounds like a heat issue. Cleaning up the air vents would be a good idea.

check the wire connecting the LCD and the motherboard. Also check if its a critical screen problem by connecting an external monitor.
I guess its a wire problem you're having...as in the monitor's getting power but not motherboard signals. Loose wire!!

Dont diss acer. I have been using an acer laptop for two years without any problems except for one time I took it for maintenance to get dirt/dust removed from the fan. Yours sounds like a travelmate series.

Well, I don't know if it's a harder (or rather Dumb) way to do it, but I convert pdf into Word Document, then EDIT and the convert back. If you user Openoffice then I believe those converters are pre-installed, if Microsoft Office then you have to find converters.
